The Four Wheels of Life

When one wheel of a car is out of balance all four will wear unevenly and can't operate at optimum level.

The four wheels of life are: the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.  Attention must be paid to all four areas in order to be successful along life's journey.

"Just as your car runs more smoothly and requires less energy to go faster and farther when the wheels are in perfect alignment, you perform better when your thoughts, feelings, emotions, goals and values are in balance."

 -Brian Tracy

"Schools must become concerned and caring places full of teachers who understand that teaching students to love themselves, to feel positive about their natural curiosity and in control of their own lives ought to be given at least as much attention as geometry and grammar."

-Dr. Wayne W Dyer

Message To Parents, Teachers, Principals & Counsellors

More courses on life skills are necessary in the present curriculum!

Today's teens have not only a separate culture, one that consists of mass media negativity, they also have separate lives because most of them have their own stereos, televisions, cell phones, computers and Internet access. In most families there is very little interaction for numerous reasons, one being busy schedules.

They have an enormous culture pressure, which causes them to split into false selves.

The data is staggering:

    • negative peer pressure
    • depression
    • eating disorders
    • addictions
    • bullying
    • gambling
    • promiscuity
    • sexually transmitted diseases
    • pregnancies
    • abortions
    • violence
    • murder

...are rising at an alarming rate.

There are more identified students than there ever were and many of those who are not academically challenged don't seem to care.

Teens are not aware of the wear and tear. They are not aware some of the choices they are making are detrimental - mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

"Working with teens who want to be the best they can be, in balance
and living their full potential."
